संगीतकार संमेलन २०१३
Every aspiring music composer, singer or a lyricist wants their song to reach to the audience. These people do not have a platform to showcase their talent.
But this has been made possible by some eminent and established people from the Marathi Music Industry.
Kamlesh Bhadkamkar, Mithilesh Patankar, Kaushal Inamdar and their team have been doing a fantastic job for the past 6 years of allowing fresh talent, new compositions to be heard and have been providing the platform for the same.
Sangeetkar sammelan, as they call it, is the platform provided by these people to all the aspiring composers. They conduct it throughout Maharashtra and in Goa too. It goes on for 3 days in Mumbai and let me tell you every day one gets to learn something new.
I have been fortunate enough to be able to present my composition in this sammelan in front of such established people, thanks to Kamlesh Sir and Deepika Joglekar.
To go ahead and do something like this for newcomers only suggests their love for music. There are different sections dedicated to different areas of music during this sammelan. One can only learn and learn here.
As a newcomer and a 1st timer at this sammelan, to attend and to listen to these people and special guests was extremely inspiring!
How I wish every new composer attends Sangeetkar Sammelan to only add to his/ her knowledge, get inspired and inspire more new comers to this beautiful world of music. :)
